Kevin Harvick was a short track racer long before he became a NASCAR®
championship-winning driver. Harvick cut his racing teeth in the Go-Kart
and Late Model ranks around California before turning to a legendary NASCAR® career that spanned nearly 30 years behind the wheel.
While
Harivck may have hung up his helmet in the NASCAR® ranks, for one
weekend in June, Harvick will be getting back to his short track roots
with a Super Late Model drive at 5 Flags Speedway. Harvick is currently
fielding a stable of Late Models for young drivers to get experience
like he once did, but this time around, it’ll be the 2014 NASCAR Cup
Series® champion who will be behind the wheel. In this event, Harvick
will reunite with his longtime NASCAR® sponsor, Busch Light beer, on his
