This May, in celebration of the 40th anniversary season for the iconic Hendrick Motorsports organization and the 10th anniversary of Dale Jr.’s second DAYTONA 500® victory, Chase Elliott will be turning back the clock with a special throwback look at DarlingtonRaceway. Elliott will battle for the win at Darlington with a No. 9 UniFirst Chevrolet Camaro that will sport a paint scheme inspired by the one Dale Jr. drove to DAYTONA® Victory Lane 10 years earlier, complete with the same red, white, and blue color scheme with gold accents that were on Dale Jr.’s winning No. 88 National Guard Chevrolet.
